The "Paper Dress" Contest
The Perfect Dress hosted the first annual "Paper Dress" contest in conjunction with the Newspaper in Education Department of Fort Wayne Newspapers. Every one of these gowns were made from newspaper and each dress withstood the test of wearabilty as each gown was modeled during the Concordia Prom show. The creativity was endless!
